Extended Service Plan Coverage

Our optional one, three and five year Extended Warranty plans provide additional coverage beyond the normal terms and life of our standard warranty protecting ARG customers against unexpected repair costs or product replacement due to accidental damage. If your Transmitters and/or Receivers are accidentally damaged during the coverage period, they will be repaired free of charge; if your Transmitters and/or Receivers cannot be repaired, they will be replaced free of charge with a product of equivalent or greater value with the following exclusions:

Exclusions: The Extended Service Plan (ESP) does not cover the following: unauthorized repairs or modifications, theft or vandalism; damage caused by failure to follow the products instruction manual; environmental factors or cosmetic damage; the ESP warranty does NOT cover accessory items including batteries, chargers, power supplies, carry cases, earphones, headphones, microphones and miscellaneous items.
