Extended Service Plan Coverage

Our optional one, three and five year Extended Warranty plans for Transmitter and Receiver Systems and our one and two year Extended Warranty for Personal Viewing Screens provide additional coverage beyond the normal terms and life of our standard warranty which protects ARG customers against unexpected repair costs or product replacement due to accidental damage. If warranted equipment is accidentally damaged during the coverage period, we will repair it free of charge or replace it free of charge with a product of equivalent or greater value with the following exclusions:

Exclusions: The Extended Service Plan (ESP) does not cover the following: unauthorized repairs or modifications, theft or vandalism; damage caused by failure to follow the products instruction manual; environmental factors or cosmetic damage; the ESP warranty does NOT cover accessory items including batteries, chargers, power supplies, carry cases, earphones, headphones, microphones and miscellaneous items.
